My daughters fettucine was taken and eaten by someone else and she requested that I buy her some more. I explained the situation to the manager and asked for a kids fettuccini to go but just the entre, not the whole meal. When the manager gave it to me she said "no charge". I explained that the reason my childs food was taken was NOT the restaurants fault and asked if I could pay for it. The manager said she understood but not to worry about it because she couldn't separate the fettuccini out from the rest of the meal so I'd be paying for another drink and etc. So, she said don't worry about it. I thought that was very good service. Kudos Fazolis I Valdosta, Ga.!!!

Every trip that "somehow" goes through Valdosta (...even if we drive a FEW minutes out of the way), we have to stop. We love this place! Just hoping that they are open tomorrow. Hurricane Irma has this place all messed up!

We make it a point to stop here at this particular Fazolis every time we pas through.. I love the fact that they are right next to an Olive Garden, yet their food, service, and prices are much better.. Thank You Fazolis staff..
